As some of you know Lomography company likes to name different editions of its instant automat camera after cities, islands and countries.
The new edition is no different, it carries the name of Dahab, a small city in Egypt.
The camera is in a beautiful dark and light gold, and purple. And on the website it states that the camera is inspired by the opulent bronze beaches of Egypt and the jewellery. The colors are fashionable and really suitable for for Autumn and the Christmas and i can`t help but love the beautiful color combination. As other editions nothing on the inside is changed. Here are more photos of it:

The from has a beautiful purple strip on top and where the name of the camera is written, which reminds me of a rare gem. While the gold detail on the lens reminds of the richness of ancient pharaohs. Who loved wearing gold.

As you might see the back reminds me of a stained glass or Egyptian tiles for some reason.
And as per usual the camera comes in two options - basic (159€) with just the camera and premium (189€) with 3 lens and an automatic camera shutter. I would highly recommend the second option, with just 30€ difference you get a better deal.

This is a beautiful camera, and you can see my post on the history of Lomography instant cameras - https://blankpolaroid.blogspot.bg/LomographyHistory. In conclusion i can say that the camera fully carries the spirit of Egypt.
